Important Booking Information

Our Cancellation Policy

To provide the highest level of service to all our clients and students, we require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Advance Payment: All sessions are secured in advance to protect the time dedicated to your transformation.

  • Refunds: If you cancel outside of the 48-hour window, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to our standard cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation fees within 48 hours:  initial weight loss $300, all other initial sessions $200, follow-on sessions $75, IME requires a 7 day cancellation window, if cancelled within 7 days $1500 fee is applied.

  • Why this matters: As a small, entrepreneurial business, "no-shows" significantly impact our ability to serve others. We appreciate your courtesy and respect for our scheduling guidelines.

While online booking is the fastest way to secure your spot, we also offer:

  • Phone Payments: Give us a call, and we can process your payment over the phone.

  • In-Person: By prior arrangement, we can process payments at the time of your session.
