To Love
To Love ~ The act of loving someone or something.
This action implies a causality resulting in an effect. So what is the causality? I know this is a complicated way of asking you if you have given conscious thought to the act of love you have given to someone or something, but what would happen if the love were not returned, what effect would it have on how you loved the next person or thing? Love should be an unconditional thing that we give and expect no-thing in return, yet this is so often not the case. The average person loves and expects to be loved in return. After all we live in a world of duality and duality expects response, but hardly ever is it the response we expected unless it’s our dog or small child.
You see we have been conditioned to expect whatever response we get and hence we are never disappointed when love delivers what we expected. If you expect to have your heart broken, your heart will get broken. If you expect (truly expect deep down inside) that the love of your life will walk through the door, then he or she will. It is a matter of expectations and we must examine our expectations very closely. Some of you are saying, I expect the love of my life and he or she hasn’t shown up. But I mean for you to examine your expectations through the power of your word and the vibration it has set into motion within you. Look at the first words out of your mouth when the disappointment hits….is it “I knew this was how it would end”, or “I have the worst luck in love”.
When you are able to give without expectation of how and when it is returned, you will never be disappointed by the love you receive. Patience and silence must be cultivated as you wait for that special someone, for you have planted many weeds in the garden of the subconscious before you began to wake-up, and these must be tended to and their roots care-fully removed, before your true desire can come through. When the weed appears, examine where it emanated from, love it and be grateful for its appearance, for you are closer to your goal than you think simply by recognizing the unhealthy pattern that grew the disappointment. Do not go to old familiar stomping ground where the “woe is me grows” you will only delay true loves emanation.
Be kind and gentle with yourself and with the other person or object of your love. Remember duality is all about a return to Oneness, unity, so we truly must be forgiving and loving of our self, if we are to receive the love we deserve. Place no conditions upon the love you give and be grateful for each and every aspect of love you receive.
With much Love!!
