2. Pre-session Communication: After booking your appointment, the hypnotherapist will send a Zoom link for the session to your email address. You would then join the session through this link at the agreed upon time. It’s best to be ready a few minutes prior to the session.

3. Session Duration: Depending on your needs, goals and your therapist's approach, your virtual hypnotherapy session may last a few hours. The first session is an initial consultation where your hypnotherapist discusses the issue you would like to work on and what you hope to achieve from hypnotherapy, as well as a pre-talk to set expectations.

4. The Session: The session will entail some hypnotherapy work that you will take with you after the session. This will help you overcome your desired obstacles.
